Coconut Oil Saved My Life




There have been many misconceptions over the years as to the health benefits of using coconut oil.


Many people avoided using it because of the many studies that highlighted its fat content and how some scientist even said it was the unhealthy oil to use from the lot. 

Recent studies have now shown these claims to be redundant and express the facts of coconut oil being very good for the overall health of our bodies. 

Coconut oil can be used in foods to prepare food, to make salad dressing, as a moisturizer for the skin and recent studies now show that it is helpful in warding off illnesses and diseases and promotes weight loss, and much more. Imagine that. 

Many call it the super food.


This super food is rich in fatty acids, more specifically medium chain triglycerides that are the better fat to consume because of its many benefits. This super food can also be used as a medicine. Other super foods can be as well. Find out how!!

The fat doesn’t get time to not be used and settles in the midsection of the body like other fats do. This MCT has shown to also have therapeutic effects on brain disorders.

Consuming coconut oil has been shown to help the body burn fat and strengthen the immune system. A study has shown that consuming 1 ounce of coconut oil daily brings down the BMI and decreases waist circumference. 

The study also showed that because of the antimicrobial lipids it helps the body fight viruses, bacteria and infections. These antimicrobial lipids also kill harmful microorganisms. Coconut oil also curbs hunger by reducing appetite that also helps weight loss.

Coconut oil is great as a moisturizer for the skin and reduces itching and flakes on the scalp. Many hair and skin care products have coconut oil as a major ingredient but it is better to use it in it virgin or natural form for best results.

 It is great to use because it has no side effects. Coconut oil is great as sunscreen as well since it blocks up to 20 percent of UV rays. 

It is also very good at removing make up and as a mouth wash. Using coconut oil as a mouth wash kills bacteria and improves dental health and reduces bad breath.

Coconut is indeed a versatile super food because of its many benefits and uses. It may not be the best tasting thing but incorporating it into your diet helps to contribute to overall health.

What I use coconut oil for?

 

I was able to shrink my uterine fibroid tumors naturally.  Coconut oil was one of the super foods I used to help shrink my Uterine Fibroids.The cause of uterine fibroids are contributed to poor diet and excess estrogen. I suffered with symptoms of uterine fibroids for years before I decided to take charge of my health.

Cleansing my liver and balancing my hormones was key to shrinking my uterine fibroid tumors.  I began to take at least 3 to 4 tablespoons of coconut oil daily.  Within a 2 months period, I began to see awesome results.  

This is why.  Outside of meal times in my eating plan, I drink plenty of water, juice often with green powders and green juices.
